The Convention Centre is within walking distance of several hotels, food and entertainment outlets.
how to get there?
BY CAR
The most convenient way to get to KLCC is by car. If you’re driving, highways like the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Maju Expressway (MEX), and Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) Highway offer great ease of travel to the convention centre. For parking, you can park directly at KLCC for immediate access to the convention centre or park at the adjacent Suria KLCC, from which you can take a short walk through the pedestrian tunnel to reach the convention centre.
BY foot
If you’re within walking distance of KLCC or within KL’s Golden Triangle, you can get to the convention centre on foot. The most convenient and comfortable way is to go through the KLCC-Bukit Bintang Walkway, an air-conditioned pedestrian bridge that also connects KLCC to the Impiana KLCC Hotel, KL Citywalk, and Pavilion shopping mall.
BY train
There are two train lines that can be used for getting to KLCC, which are the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) that make up part of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. If you’re taking the MRT, disembark at the Bukit Bintang MRT Station, where you can then get to the center via the KLCC-Bukit Bintang Walkway. As for LRT passengers, disembark at the KLCC LRT station and follow the directional signs throughout Suria KLCC Shopping Mall, which will then lead you to the convention centre itself. For those coming from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), you can take the KLIA Express train to KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur’s downtown transit hub. From there, you can then take the free Go KL City Bus or other e-hailing and taxi services to get to and around the city centre.
